Peanut Butter Garlic Noodles
Peanut Butter Garlic Noodles
140g (5oz) rice noodles
2 tbsp (32g) peanut butter
1 tbsp (15ml) Teriyaki sauce
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 tsp salt
1 tbsp water
1) In a small bowl, mix together peanut butter, Teriyaki sauce, water, garlic and salt. Set aside.
2) Cook noodles according to directions. Drain well.
3) Mix noodles with peanut sauce and sprinkle some chopped roasted peanuts on top. Serve immediately.
Makes 2 small servings

OH Gaby, this just may be the recipe I've been looking for!!! I've bookmarked it! I've been trying to come up with a simple non-tomato sauce for Marion and this sauce just may work! She loves the taste of peanut butter in savory dishes. I bet she will really like this. Thank you so much for sharing, Gaby. When I make it for her I will come back and let you know!!!
